QuadLock™ ACL
QuadLock delivers knotless, tension-adjustable suture-and-tape fixation for ACL reconstruction across common graft configurations, including quadriceps tendon, quadrupled semitendinosus/gracilis, and bone–patellar tendon–bone (BTB).
Its independent suture- and tape-to-device interface is designed to provide consistent, rigid stability without relying on cancellous bone quality, supporting minimal cyclic displacement and high strength.
Knotless, Adjustable-Tension Graft Fixation
An independent tape-to-device interface—without reliance on cancellous bone quality—allows surgeons to adjust tension after fixation is locked, without damaging the tapes.
Bi-Planar Fixation
Delivers fixation in two planes within a single device, addressing key limitations of traditional inline interference screws and cortical button suspension constructs. QuadLock provides two distinct fixation points and eliminates the need for backup fixation.
Minimal cyclic displacement
Designed to minimize cyclic displacement under high-demand loading and help maintain graft tension when constructs are challenged by repetitive cycles.
LOWEST RESIDUAL DISPLACEMENT STARTING AT TIME ZERO
QuadLock™ demonstrates market-leading control of cyclic displacement (less than 0.5 mm) and high pullout strength (>1,000 N) in biomechanical testing. Maintaining graft tension under repetitive loading is critical in early recovery, when fixation stability directly impacts functional joint stability. As patient profiles continue to evolve, conventional fixation methods are increasingly challenged—making controlled displacement and reliable strength more important than ever.
